Allison’s approach to psychiatry is rooted in collaboration, combining evidence-based psychopharmacology, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies (CBT and DBT), mindfulness-oriented somatic modalities, and thoughtfully chosen supplements within a patient-led framework. She treats a range of conditions including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, ADD/ADHD, trauma, and PTSD, and practices from a neurodiverse-affirming perspective. While deeply committed to supporting children, adolescents, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC individuals, Allison welcomes patients from all backgrounds and identities.
Allison was born and raised in the Beach Cities of Los Angeles and enjoys tidepooling, playing piano, and reading to her son.
