Ahmad Qudaiesat is a seasoned and dynamic healthcare leader with over 16 years of experience across clinical care, emergency medicine, and healthcare operations. As Director of Clinical Operations at Brainpower Wellness Institute, Ahmad brings a rare blend of advanced nursing expertise, strategic leadership, and frontline crisis management to his role—ensuring our patients receive high-quality, compassionate, and coordinated mental health care across all our locations.
Throughout his career, Ahmad has demonstrated a deep commitment to advancing patient access and system-wide efficiency. He was one of the key personnel involved in expanding the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program across Southern California, helping to bridge gaps in care for vulnerable populations and strengthen community-based behavioral health services. His leadership played a pivotal role in scaling the ECM model across multiple counties—delivering wraparound services to high-need patients with complex medical and psychiatric needs.
Ahmad also held the distinguished position of Emergency Department Director at Centinela Hospital, where he oversaw high-acuity care delivery, coordinated interdisciplinary teams, and implemented process improvements in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. His ED leadership sharpened his clinical judgment and operational foresight—qualities he now brings into the mental health space.
In addition to his administrative accomplishments, Ahmad is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in California, with a Master of Science in Nursing. He has practiced across primary care and psychiatric settings, giving him a broad clinical lens and a deeply empathetic approach to provider support and patient advocacy.
